The Arena Hotel

Good points: 1. The staff are really polite and friendly. You would see always smile on their lips like Mrs. Rabia who works on the room service, she is very kind and professional on her job or Mr. Haroon in the restaurant (I don’t know the names of the others🙂) 2. The rooms are really clean and new and enough size for me as one person. 3. Close to the supermarkets and just behind of the hotel a traditional Hamam with massage which I liked! 4. Elevators always working and ready in the lobby because the bell boy pushed the button when he saw you! 5. The quality of the food is very good with a nice decoration. 6. Breakfast table always is very colorful. How they can be better: 1. Put more options for the food menu. 2. Prepare a place as a restaurant because you have to eat your food in your room! 3. They can have gym and swimming pool(maybe!) 4. Prepare a better lobby and cafe for spending guests’ time! 5. Maybe the staff should start to improve their English skills to have a better and easier conversations with guests!😅 6. Maybe a better quality for the windows because it is a bit noisy as it is not very far from the street. In total, I recommend this hotel to the others as a foreigner guest who stayed here for more than a month.
